Bugged Pin Tab List State Not Saved After Relog / Character Change (Stash) / Zone Change

I keep trying to permanently keep the annoying list tab from opening and i click on the unlock button to keep it from opening again and it works fine until i either relog/ change zones/enter maps, and when i switch characters. This was working properly before i had to reinstall PoE after my ssd got damaged.
