Dusk Ring + Chaos res Vendor recipe not working

Dusk ring is not working with vendor recipe to upgrade chaos resistance ( Magic or Rare Amulet or Ring with x% to Chaos Resistance explicit mod (or Normal rarity for adding lowest tier mod)
Orb of Augmentation
Amethyst Flask


This recipe work with all rings/amulets so from my understanding it should work with dusk ring to.
