Functional Console ARPGs

Is there another Diablo-like game on console that functions? This game doesn't run very well on PS5 (low framerate, too few sound channels, frequent bugs/crashes, frequent dropped inputs). It seems like when these games are designed, they copy all of another person's homework except the part where the code actually compiles into working software. I understand it's just to get a port on the market and collect, but surely there has to be one that works other than D IV.

It's ironic that blizzard sees it can just copy GGGs homework right back and potentially reclaim a steadily growing market by aping their engame and trading. If they went to a free model on consoles, I think poe would rightfully serve as a pipeline into a more poe-like D IV because it functions and has matchmaking.

Also, does anyone here also play Last Epoch? I'm hoping someone can bring the genre to console and I'm also uncomfortable about the allegations. Thanks!
