Pilfering in Mirage Bug

Hello,
I have noticed, that using a scarab of pilfering causes your divination cards to disappear inside mirages (especially from diviners strongboxes), although there is no boss inside the mirage. In the normal map, outside of the mirage, the boss also doesnt seem to be empowered by said divination cards. So they just get deleted.

I'd like a clarification on the interaction to know if it's intended that mirages without map bosses just destroy your potential div cards instead of just dropping them. This is especially noticeable when you have a divination strong box in a mirage and no boss, as it will drop nothing.

A fix would be most welcomed.
