valdo map bug

Subject: Valdo's Map Reward (Singular Reliquary) did not drop after clearing

Map Modifiers:

100% Physical and Elemental Reflect (Monsters reflect 100% of Physical and Elemental Damage)

The Feared (Map Boss is replaced by The Feared)

Monsters create Frost Walls

100% Delirious

Bismuth Ore (Bismuth Ore node was present in the map)

Area has only 1 portal (Players have only 1 life)

Issue:
I successfully cleared the map and defeated all required bosses, but the reward chest did not appear and the Singular Reliquary did not drop.
