Infinite loading screen

I get infinite loading screens.
I am getting infinite loading screens after switching zones, I tried all below but didn't worked at all.

I tried re-downloading the game.
I have the latest game ready driver installed for nvidia.
I tried vulkan/directx12/directx11 : they all broken.
I tried cleaning %appdata%-> path of exile folder many times...
I tried making my nvidia shader cache unlimited or setting it 100gb...

Problem is not fixed..
