Crafted ring attributes not working unless relog

Unfortunately I didn't /bug before relogging. I had corruption hold ring equipped, but my int was being lowered when I replaced it with rune turn. I had annul>exalted the higher int value. Relogging fixed it.

odds are you weren't meeting the stat requirement for a different item causing the stat to go down... you need to post all relevant items when making a bug report like this... nobody knows what your rune turn item stats is
