Important: The base version of this hideout requires the $500 pack. However, they're all decorations, nothing essential to the layout.

Important #2: The teleporters I used are the White variant.

Basically everything you need for mapping in one place (kinda), including the Well.

I split this hideout into 2 sections: the map device & the workspace, enabled by the power of Teleporter. That said, you don't need to buy any teleporter. Simply put the map device somewhere near the workspace. Fancy features in this hideout are purely cosmetics. You'll still have the bench, stash, and Doryani all in one place. The waypoint is also right next to Ange for others to trade.

As I've noted above, I used the flowers and map device from the $500 pack, but you don't need them. Everything else will look good even without the flowers. And again, if you don't want to deal with teleporters, just put the map device near Doryani.
