Southbound gloves vs Headsman ascendancy.

When using southbound gloves with the headsman's ascendancy, Enemies I am hitting have 1 hp and will not die when i hit them until they are frozen. I am not sure if this is intended as I believe Ascendancy's should override items.

cannot crit beats cannot crit
cannot kill unless enemy frozen > culls, etc...
