Final boss drops additional scarabs

The exarch mod, that makes final boss drops scarabs, doesnt work with domination scarab of terror. Embers and div cards seems to work fine.

Can confirm. Tried both Eater and Exarch. The additional bosses from both domination scarab of terror and horned scarab of pandemonium don't drop scarabs. The final boss of the map does tho.
