Invisible/Invincible Mob Bug that has been posted 20 times.

Can we please look into the bug in breach that spawns invincible/invisible mobs that farm you until you are out of portals? It is EXTREMELY common 1/10 maps sometimes 1/5, seems to be more prevalent on Jungle Valley and with cold damage. This bug is making the game unplayable for people and is extremely frustrating to experience especially with the popularity of breach
