Shield Mastery dosnt work

If you take +1% to Critical Strike Multiplier per 10 Maximum Energy Shield on Shiled, the crit multiplier doesn't increase, at least in the character information   Last bumped on Mar 21, 2026, 2:27:26 PM

There have been other reports on this, specifically in relation to The Apostate making items grant Maximum Life instead of Maximum Energy Shield.
