Blight mobs spawn inside Settlers ore nodes and are unkillable

Title says it all really. This is incredibly irritating as it makes the blight unable to be completed. Happens pretty consistently (1 in 10 maps?) because I'm running blight and settlers as my main atlas tree and scarab strategy.
