opening the atlas with an uber elder fragment in the inventory replaces the normal shaper set

I'm trying to farm shaper, and if I don't remove the fragment he drops it replaces the complete set that is in the map device, putting the guardian fragments in my inventory.

expected behavior, either:
- have a different atlas node for uber elder
- don't automatically add incomplete set
- don't replace full sets

ps: I just noticed the shaper realm is over the elder art and absence of value and meaning is over the shaper art, it's mildly annoying
