Saresh Broken once phased

The black Barya seems to bug out ~1/50 runs where Saresh disappears and doesnt come back after his first phase. No clue as to what causes it, but i just ran around 200ish and it happened 4 times. Quite annoying. I suspect it happens during some type of lag case with the server.
