"Highlight Items" stash regex search changes behaviour based on number of mods on the item

Not sure if this is intended but if you regex a Simplex amulet with 1 mod it works differently from one with 2 or 3 mods. The regex for the stat itself stops working and regex for the name of the item if it were magic starts working even though its rare.


With a 1 mod Simplex "([4-9][0-9]|\d\d\d)\% Increased Rarity" or even just "54% increased Rarity" stops working if you annul of two mods:



Even though the CTRL+C of the item shows this:

But the magic item regex of "Perandus|of Excavation" works even though the item is not magic and the CTRL+C output of the item has a rare name not a magic one.
