Serious Complaint Regarding Unjust Account Ban

My account was banned due to alleged use of third-party software, but I want to make it absolutely clear that I have never used any unauthorized programs. Taking such serious action based solely on system detection without clear evidence is completely unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the accuracy and fairness of your enforcement system.

What is even more frustrating is the way your support team has responded. I have been contacting support repeatedly over the past few days, yet every reply I receive is almost identical—just generic, automated responses stating that no further assistance can be provided. These responses do not resolve anything and only waste players’ time and patience. If this is the only kind of support available, then what is the point of having a support system at all?

I have always enjoyed and supported this game, investing a significant amount of time and effort into it. However, being wrongly banned like this has completely taken away my ability to play, which is not only frustrating but also feels extremely unfair. It has seriously damaged my trust in both the game and the company.

If situations like this continue to happen and are handled with nothing but repetitive, mechanical replies, more players will inevitably become disappointed and choose to leave. This is something that long-time supporters like myself find very difficult to accept.

I once again strongly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and that I be provided with a clear and reasonable explanation. Please take this matter seriously instead of continuing to ignore players’ concerns.

GGG does not officially support any third-party software.

It's notable that instead of saying you don't use third-party software, you're instead making a milder statement about "unauthorised programs". Which third-party programs do you use?

I was using was a VPN. On the same day, I had just finished running a dungeon/map and was idling at the respawn point. Later that afternoon, my account was suspended.

Additionally, my friends were present and witnessed my activity on.
