Sirus loot bug

Were you in the instance when the loot dropped (as in stayed dead), or did you exit and come back in? No loot spawns when no one is in the instance is consistent with all mechanics that spawn loot delayed. Bosses, Cortex, Legion 5-way, etc.

If you know loot is about to spawn, stay dead, let the loot generate, then revive. Was implemented many years ago at this point.
