Shrines spawning inside of Trail of Stinging Doubt blocking the gate door.

My wife who is new the game just encountered this bug in the Trial of Stinging doubt, there was a reddit post 2 years ago showing a similar tileset. Is there anyway to stop shrines from spawing in door? I've personally never seen this in 4k hours so maybe a rare tileset.

Whriling blades couldn't get her through, but frostblink did
