Icicle mine of Sabotage aura cannot affect cursed enemies

Not really sure why this is...assuming this is a bug. Any chance this gets looked at?


I should have 100% crit on my build with these out but in practice my crit chance is much lower, which im noticing because Im not igniting with Perfect Agony. Realized it is my blasphemy aura that is preventing the mines from working.
