Barkskin description not accurate

Description says that barkskin is gained while we have not been hit by an enemy attack recently. I suspect non-attack hits are also preventing bark.

I noticed this in Kaom's arena, act 4. As I ran around only being hit by fireballs, my bark was neither removed nor growing back. (only the first ascendancy)
