Breach Hive Fortresses no longer providing Party Members HiveBlood or WombGifts

When successfully completing a Breach Hive Fortress encounter with a party member, only Map owner is being granted hiveblood or wombgifts. This is only occurring outside of Mirage encounters as they still provide both benefits, as originally seen on launch of the league. This was tested with both myself starting and completing a Hive Fortress as the map owner, as well as a friend as the map owner.
