Game crashing when interacting with Relic Altar (Sanctum)

When trying to interact with the Sanctum Relic Altar the game closes. I've tried:

-Reinstalling
-Changing from DX11/12 and Vulkan
-Verifying Game files on Steam
-Changing rendering settings DLAA/DLSS etc.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
