(suspected) Wrong interaction between the line from Foulborn The Red Dream:"Passives granting fire resistance or all elemental resistances in radius also grant increased maximum life at 50% of its value" and the changes passives nodes from Glorious vanity.

The changed passives nodes from GV into fire resistance don't give 50% value in hp%.
