GPU at 100% in hideout since last update

Hi

Using i5 14600kf / nvidia 3700 ti

When using Vulkan, My GPU is at 100% in my hideout, doing nothing, since last update...
When using DX12, my GPU is at 60%-80% in the hideout


with Vulkan, my computer struggle to display any video on a second screen. any stream lag.
it was NOT doing this before the last update. I had to switch to DX12 and lose 20 to 40 fps ingame, to make my computer able to do play youtube video or stream on my second screen...


I understand the game is heavy, but it was never doing this before, not even on POE 2
