Flesh and Stone reservation

I noticed flesh and stone has a higher reservation when put in a +2 aura helmet. Is that intended? LVL20

" You have it socketed, but not linked. One helm is a 4-link, the other has two 2-links. This can also be noticed on the skill icon for the skill itself: the one with a lower reservation has - in a blue square in the top right. |

Check the links. In the 2nd image the helmet is not a 4-link.
