Crashes with Warden's Avatar of the Wilds notable - Runegraft of Time?

See top right of buff bar - gaining stacks of Unbound Fury while Unbound Avatar still has remaining duration. This is very disruptive because if I press Unbound Avatar with 100 stacks of Unbound Fury while Unbound Avatar is still active, all players in the instance experience a client crash (occurred multiple times with a friend).

This is not a Headhunter interaction because I have had this crash since before getting Headhunter. This may be a Runegraft of Time interaction - it is possible that Runegraft of Time is causing Unbound Avatar to not go on cooldown.
