Summoning Bug - Spectre: Dread Servant

If you summon a Dread Servant you'll notice that when you first encounter an enemy on the map it will summon a few skeletons, what happens next is that those skeletons stay on the area patrolling but they don't follow you nor the spectre and don't allow it to summon more skeleton so I guess it's a bug
