POE 2 - Progression blocked

Hey
I have finished my interludes and did 1st map in ziggurat encampment (100%).
Afterwards i cant open 2nd map (any)

Active quests:
Cataclysm's wake - cant open any map and no corrupted map is close enough to even click
The grand quest - cant talk to danning as he shows up on maps
Abyssal power - cant do it as i cant play maps

tried restarting, changing server, going into other players maps, talking to every npc in every act

it is just bugged.
