Foulborn Fleshrender not dropping

Foulborn Fleshrender is in the game files and have been datamined, but I can't find any on the trade site and assume it's not dropping. All the other Afarud uniques have their foulborn versions, I guess it's tied to the drop restriction on Fleshrender having to drop from Ridan making it impossible for it to drop from breaches hence no Foulborn version.
