Mouse5 binds does not work

My Mouse5 binds does not work in maps.

I have alot of the league mechanics bound to mouse5 and they do not work ingame. I can bind the Mouse5 button in options. But when in a map and I need to access the incursion map for example, nothing happens.

Please investigate.
