Not Receiving Unlock Code Email

I am logging in from my parents' house as I am visiting. Basically I am trying to login and when the screen prompt for the unlock code comes up, I check my email and no codes are being sent. This worked a couple of days ago when logging from my cellular data. Wonder why it isn't working now
