Unlock code is not sent to my email

Hi,
I usually have to unlock my account to log in every 2/3 days as my internet provider is changing my location from where i connect. Until now i did not any issue but this time, i did not receive the usual email with the unlock code. My email is still the same and its not in the spam folder. Any idea what can i do ?
