Duplicating map boss souls

has happened twice now so definitely repeatable, not exactly sure of process but both times I had been jumping in and out of a map ferrying currency to stash and accidentally clicked map device instead of portal to go back in, possibly something to do with the new fragment/map input system forcing the boss soul into my inventory upon clicking to device again afterwards? after clicking device and opening inventory there were two identical souls sitting there, both souls still there after logging out and back in again so definitely not just visual. Anyway I wanted to make a report so I don't get flagged for exploitation or whatnot.
