MTX disappears in some chances while switching from delve to map

There are some chances which Celestial Herald Effect on my Hearld of Ice disappears when I go back for mapping after delve. Restarting the game can fix it but it is annoying.

I don't know if it is related that it also happened when I did change me passive tree/ Jewel/ Cluster. Sometime Celestial Herald Effect on my Hearld of Ice disappears after some playing time.
