Harvest Boss not phasing

I've had the harvest boss for yellow, become untargetable/invisble (maybe stuck underground), and just continously spawn mobs without phasing out. I've managed to survive for up to 10 minutes just killing these mobs. It's happened to me 3 times today, and I'm losing a ton of currency on scarabs. If it happens on the first harvest patch the entire zone is bricked. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I've died and re-entered the zone, left zone and came back, nothing seems to fix this.
