Account Compromised / Hacked - Need Urgent Assistance

Hi GGG Support Team and community,

I am writing to report that my account has been compromised. I recently discovered that I can no longer log in, and it appears that my associated email or password has been changed without my authorization.

I am very concerned about the safety of my characters and items. I have already sent an email to support@grindinggeargames.com, but I wanted to post here to see if there is anything else I should do or if a moderator could help escalate this.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
