Explosive spear not armour breaking

Explosive spear states the spear part of the skill doesnt apply armour break although it does, while the explosion part stats it applies armour break although after testing it doesnt not seem like it does

if damage is converted to fire dmg and armour break is based on physical damage theres your problem.
