Portals not working

In maps, if I portal in and out a few times, the portals stop working in maps, leaving me no way to get back to my hideout or leave the map aside from logging to the character screen and back into the game.

I've had this happen a few times and it seems after using the portal to go back and forth relatively quickly (clicking ports on accident instead of map device) it happens. This is in league.

The same is happening to me. While in maps, sometimes portals stop working. They are there, but cannot be clicked. If you open a new one, it is instantly created where you are, and still cannot be clicked.

I even tried changing the MTX, and discovered that the new portal mantains the old skin, does not appear with the new MTX selected.

Unable to click portal out means the instance you are returning to has crashed so you have no where to return to.

If the issue keeps happening, you may need to run some network diagnostics or try changing to a different region.
