Heist side room chests changing from fragments on plan to delve reward type inside blueprint.

I was alerted about this by a player in the gameplay section and have now encountered it myself. When running a blueprint that had revealed fragment rewards, the reward type inside the blueprint was change to delve. The reward that dropped from the chests was also sulphite scarabs. I'm absolutely certain they were supposed to be fragment rewards, as I had a blueprint that rolled 5 groups of fragment rewards, and I saved it last to run. I also rerolled my heist gear for fragments prior to running it. The blueprint had 2 wings, and in both, fragment rewards were replaced with delve rewards. Both what dropped, and the chest icon on the map. It is not happening on all blueprints with fragments, I had run quite a few prior to this in the league. It may have happened without me noticing, but I also believe I have run quite a few with fragment rewards that didn't change to delve. So maybe it is a certain permutation that cause it to have them incorrectly spawned only some of the time. Other possible relevant information. League: HCSSF Mirage Blueprint area: Smugglers den Area level:73 Heist members in party: Huck Vinderi Niles (This was in first wing where bug report was referenced, party member may of been different on the second wing) Reveal status: some nodes were already revealed, others I had revealed through Whakano Other: Blueprint rewards was a large amount of fragment rewards, and a couple of non-fragment rewards, but there was no delve rewards on the plan. I think the non fragment side rooms rewards spawned as normal. Also providing link to gameplay forum post mentioned above, as it may have further information from the other players experience. They had encountered it more frequently and with some different conditions. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3915408 Last edited by Belegur85#5784 on Mar 19, 2026, 6:40:50 PM Last bumped on Mar 20, 2026, 4:16:56 PM
