Eagon Bug

Cannot progress through Eagon.
When i click Memory Tear on him, i get this error: "You do not have the required Quest state to access this are". The quest Threads of originator says Speak to Eagon in your Hideout to apply an astrolabe.   I think i fixed it, i did a memory line of trauma and it worked, thanks y'all are gods.
