DUAL ACCOUNT SAME EMAIL

somehow when i played POE 2 using same email with my POE 1 account it generated another account in my POE 1, i played for a week thinking its just a bug and i lost all of my MTX. i just noticed today that on initial login there seems to be an account switch i my old poe 1 account was there, is there a way i can merge them or atleast transfer my 1 week worth of grinded items to my old account which has all my mtx
