Mirage DIvine Vessels delete Regular Map Vessels

I have a real problem with how Divine Vessels are used to capture souls of the Pantheon. You put a Divine Vessel in the map device, then a couple of things happen. If you defeat a boss in the mirage and then defeat it in the regular map - you get two filled divine vessels. You can't vendor them or sell them. So I would just click on them to use them and get them out of my inventory.
Turns out if you click on two of the same Divine Vessels, the first one completes the Pantheon and the second one removes it. So you go from having two vessels that do the same thing to nothing. The only way to get rid of the double is to grab it with the mouse, drop it out of your inventory, and click on yes you want to delete it.

The second problem is the way you get the vessels after defeating the boss. Before they would stay in the map device once you defeated the boss and then you use them.
Now you come back and not until you click on the map device they magically appear in your stash. This is confusing because if you have other items in your stash you don't even know if you have it.
