Lycia the nightmare + Shaper no Beidat spawn

When doing Lycia in Sanctuary shaper arrived and paused the fight right as she was about to spawn beidat and change phase. This resulted in no Beidat and Lycia being untargetable. She will cast returning fireballs and do nothing else, has been going on for about 5min before I stopped testing.
Tried entering and reentering, tried dying, tried dying to fireballs aswell as spinning staves the only other mechaninc to exist.
