Nadir Mode Cobalt Jewel possible bug?

I am not sure if it's a bug or just not showing in the C character tool tip while using Nadir Mode Jewel crit chance does not increase in there, so I am wondering if it does increase and just don't show up or it does nothing for crit chance per intensity :D. I am using Crackling lance and Shock Nova Of Procession.
