Tower boss / Tormented Spirits

So i am fighting "the tower" boss (shavrone) - Brutis has "blasphmer's grip" on him, Shavrone had "Necromancer's grip". However, durring stage 3 i thought the 3rd form would have BOTH. They didn't the "brutis/shav" merge only had the Blastpermer's grip on it.
