Congregation support gem bug

I am playing golem build. https://poe.ninja/poe1/profile/brokadim-6194/character/KadimNecroMirage here you can check my build.

I used this support gem to increase my golem numbers but extra golems from hordes gems doesnt get calculated.

My carrion golem number like this: (1+1+1+2+4)×2×1.46 = 26.28

I am also summoning 3 other normal golems and 2 from hordes golems.

I should have 23 carrion + 3 normal golem + 2 hordes golem but i am having 21 carrion golem + 3 normal + 2 hordes golem.
