Mark of the Red Covenant + Congregation Support Bug

I have a mark of the red covenant with a 61% reduced minion mod. Plus a level 3 congregation support which gives +38% more max minions.

If my math and my buddies math is correct I should with this setup have 3.12 max SRS with the helmet on and the support socketed.

This is not the case...I am still only able to summon a maximum of 2 SRS of Enormity.

Without the helmet, I can have 8, which makes sense as the number rounds down. But when putting the helmet back on I am back to 2.

This must be a bug as I should be doing the math correctly.

Max 6 SRS for Enormity. 6 x .61 = 3.66 | 6 - 3.66 = 2.34

Now we have a max 2 SRSoE as it rounds down.

So we take 2.34 x .46 (for the level 5 Corgregation) = 1.07 | 2.34 + 1.07 = 3.41 maximum SRS. With a 61% Reduction Helmet and a level 5 Congregation.

Even at a level 3 support, its still end up at higher than 3. 3.22 to be exact.

Can yall confirm my math so I dont waste my time on this idea? Or confirm its a bugg? Ill be the first too admit I am not a genius at math but some feedback on this would be wonderful, cause I love the unique idea of the Red Covenant, esp if I can get 3 minions instead of just 1.
