Sulphite monsters and sulphite on map completion doesnt get converted by Refiner's Bargain Keystone

It just fills up my sulphite capacity. Shouldnt these sulphite rewards count as being found in maps as it is in maps? If not, can you guys just make the keystone more specific to just sulphite veins and chests?
