Wolfpack's Den boss not dropping maps

As the title says there are no maps dropped from boss.

How many Voidstones do you have socketed? I can't open imgur links on this PC, but the new Voidstones have the line "Tier 1-15 Maps dropped in Areas are converted to Gold". So if you have all 4 socketed, then you cannot drop any maps below T16. If at least 1, then you can still RNG that all the maps that dropped were below T16 and in Voidstoned region(s) to be converted to gold.
